ActionTrac, Inc., operates under its trade name “ActionCall”® in the business of marketing integrated computer support services on a fixed cost basis utilizing a PIN-coded identification card principally to corporations and government agencies which have multiple PC users. The Company presently markets two products: the ActionCall® Software Application Services and the ActionCall® Integrated Network Support Services. All of the ActionCall® technical support services are outsourced to contract suppliers.
