The Original Pet Drink Company, Inc. (the “Company”) is a development stage company in the pet food/beverage industry. The Company has established master bottling and distribution relationships with large regional soft drink bottlers for the purpose of creating a distribution network for its products. The Company commenced distribution of its products in September 1994 after achieving excellent quality and consistency results in line manufacturing tests of the Company’s products. The Company intends to exploit what it perceives as a niche market through the introduction of its initial pet drink products known as ThirstyDog! And ThirstyCat!.
