Vashon Village is a mixed-use Redevelopment of the site built around public green space. A new Library or Commercial building will be the anchor along Vashon Hwy. Three new Mixed-Use buildings will house retail and office spaces on the ground level with residential units above. The new buildings will surround a Public accessible park with an amphitheater, a great lawn, walking paths, and public art. Sustainable design practices will focus on green and solar roofs, energy efficient buildings, permeable paving and indigenous plants.
